Perinteisten tangokuvioiden ja milonguerojen temppujen analysointia. Puretaan ja rakennetaan uusia mahdollisuuksia tanssiimme. ”Sama mutta eri” ei voisi olla parempi nimi!
Lesson 1 ”The same but different”
Analyzing traditional tango structures and milongueros tricks. Break it down and create new possibilities for our dance. “Same but different” wouldn’t be a better name!

Tunti 2 ”Tangotanssin kehitys”

Analysoimme, miten tangotanssi on kehittynyt ajan myötä. Pääsemme havaitsemaan taitekohtia, tutkimaan rakennetta ja joitakin kullekin aikakaudelle ominaisia liikkeitä. ”Tangon kulta-aika” yhdistetään useimmiten musiikkiin, mutta ei ole sattumaa, että se sopii yhteen myös tanssin luovimman ajanjakson kanssa. Löydetään se yhdessä!
Lesson 2 ”Evolution of the tango dance”

We are going to analyze how tango dance evolved through time. Getting to spot the breaking points, study the structure and some of the characteristic movements of each period. The ”Golden age of tango” is most of the time associated with the music, but is not a coincidence that matches with the most creative period for the dance as well. Let’s discover it together!

Erikoistapaaminen naisille ja kaikille, jotka tekevät tätä roolia (seuraaja) tangossa tai ovat kiinnostuneita löytämään tämän kulttuurin siirron todellisen olemuksen vanhemmalta sukupolvelta nuorille. Tutkimme tanssiasentoa, tanssityylejä, tanssin koristeluja ja perinteiden merkitystä nykypäivänä.
Lesson 4 ”Women in tango”

A special meeting for the women and anyone who does that role (follower) in tango or interested in discovering the true essence of that cultural transmission from the older generation to the young. We are going to reflect about the embrace, the way of dancing, the decorations in the dance and to discover how this knowledge is part of inheritance.

- Oppitunneilla 2 ja 4 on historiallista materiaalia, jaetaan erityisiä videoita, ääntä ja kuvia, ja myös kokeilemme käytännössä. Tunti 4 sopii kaikille, ei pelkästään naisille.
- Lessons 2 and 4 are with historical material, special videos, audio and pictures are going to be shared and we are going to dance as well and try in our bodies what we study. Lesson 4 is suitable for all, not only for Women.
