We introduce you our wonderful team of Tango DJ’s.

Marcelo Ramer / Argentina
He is, along with his partner Selva, the guest teacher couple for this edition of the festival.
An Argentine Tango DJ with a deep passion for tango music and culture. For years, I have been providing music for milongas, practicas and events, offering carefully curated selections that blend elegance, energy, and emotion.
My musical focus is primarily on the great orchestras of the Golden Age, with special attention to sound quality, the structure of the tandas, and the dynamics of the dance floor. Each tanda is designed as a journey that accompanies dancers through the different expressions of tango, waltz, and milonga.
My goal is to create a warm and immersive atmosphere, where music serves as the bridge connecting dancers and transforming each tanda into a memorable experience.
DJ at the Opening Milonga, Fri 11.9. 20-00 (La Fábrica)

Gianpio Cappucci / Italy
Gianpio Cappucci starts his experience as a Tdj in 2013 playing in several Buenos Aires’ milongas. Since 2016 he lives in Krakow, Poland, playing constantly in the country and the whole Europe.
He plays music of traditional tango orchestras.
His favorite orchestras ever?

DJ Jani Keinänen / Finland
I started dancing in 2000 in the USA with competitive dancing, but I quickly moved on to tango. Since 2012 I have been dancing and working from Helsinki on the board of the Amigos del Tango Association, organizing and implementing events, and playing music all over Europe. Basically, my taste in music is golden age, but when I play Alternative, I play in tandas and choose songs in the same style for each tanda.
DJ at the Evening Milonga with Show by maestros Marcelo&Selva. Sat 12.9. 19-01 (Suomalainen Klubi)

DJ Jaana Hänninen / Finland
Is one of the oldest and most experienced DJs in Finland.
She started playing music at milongas around 2006, mainly at milongas around Finland, but also internationally. She plays traditional music from the late 20-ies to mid-50-ies in classical tandas, trying also to give special attention to the cortinas.
Jaana sees the milonga as an event where people come together to dance but also to socialize. Her aim is to build her set to be rewarding for the dancers and to grow more intensive towards the end of the milonga. She enjoys DJing most when she feels that the communication with the dancers works and the atmosphere is good.
